At Design Furniture, we want you to be fully satisfied with your curtains, blinds, mats, flooring, or furniture. Please read our return and delivery terms below before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Most of our products are made, cut, or configured to order based on the size, colour, and specifications you provide at the time of booking. Because of this:

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
We strongly advise all customers to review their order details, size, and colour carefully before confirming a purchase.
Once production, cutting, or procurement has begun, the order cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged due to mishandling during delivery, or there is an installation fault caused by our team, we take full responsibility:

You must notify us at the time of delivery or installation, before signing the delivery/completion receipt.
Claims raised after signing the receipt may not be accepted.
We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or corrective site visit, at our discretion, at no extra cost to you.

Delivery Policy

We deliver across Dubai and the wider UAE only. We do not ship or deliver outside the UAE.
Deliveries are dispatched from our warehouse once your order is confirmed.
Estimated delivery and/or installation dates are communicated to you at the time of order/quotation confirmation.
We do our best to deliver within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, building access, supplier delays) are not our liability.
If multiple products are delivered separately, you’ll be informed in advance.

Installation

Installation (where requested) is scheduled along with delivery or shortly after.
Our team will confirm the date/time slot with you in advance.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery/installation address on the scheduled day.

Cancellation

Since most products are made to order, cancellations are only accepted if: the wrong product was sent/installed by us, or the product arrived damaged due to shipping/handling.
In all other cases, once production or scheduling has begun, the order cannot be cancelled without charge.
